Ethika Investments LLC is a real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA. Established in 2009 as an investment platform to complement the founding partners’ real estate development and advisory business which dates back to 1999, Ethika is a vertically integrated manager with an in-house team of sourcing/acquisition, asset management, design and development, project management, and operational professionals. Since inception, the team’s experience has encompassed over $5 billion in real estate transaction and advisory experience. Ethika acquires underperforming/mismanaged assets in the top 30 metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) in the US, investing USD 10-30 million of equity and USD 20-100 million of total capitalization per asset and employs a methodical investment strategy designed to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns through the hands-on repositioning, restructuring, redevelopment, and intensive post-acquisition asset management.
